here's my entry for the New York Anime Festival's 2010 mascot contest.
the themes were "anime, new york city and halloween"...so I made a police-witch on a bamboo broom with the brooklyn bridge and city skyline in the background.
oh, and her trusty NYAF caution tape and black cat xD

I may enter more than one mascot...but this is the first one I've gotten done and been happy with.
it was surprisingly hard to think of things that fit the three themes...my brain hurts now, haha
